5th Avenue Spec Suites & Lobby Design

100, 200 & 300 Fifth Avenue campus borders Waltham’s City Point office-retail park and Prospect Hill, a 250+ acre wood lined trail park offering tenants a unique live-workplace balance. The buildings were rebranded by merging structure with nature images through double exposure of color and form. Tree themed signage, elevator core light panels, repurposed wood communal tables and green garden walls reposition the buildings landscapes by ushering tenants from the urban environment common space to suites with landscape views.

3rd floor spec suite
The third floor tenant full floor spec space breaks the length of the full floor through a colonnade of carpet patterns and linear lighting. The industrial themed 23,000 square foot suite was designed, much like the rebranding of the building to contrast with the uninterrupted 360-degree window line landscape views of the surrounding hills and reservoir.

4th floor spec suite
The fourth floor spec suite welcomes tenants into a coffee house entry connecting with contemporary office cultures. The 10,500 square foot space utilizes warm unique lighting and wood detailing to foster a warm collaborative environment that reflects the exterior landscape views
