LLM worked in collaboration with Steelblue, an interactive and visualization studio, to create a fresh brand identity for Hines’ newest development in Houston, TX. They were looking for a brand that identified with a different office space culture.
We created a brand platform that was driven from the building’s elegance, quality, and noteworthy architecture. We developed a brand mark that embodied all of these elements along with brand guidelines that could carry over into all other material being produced for the building.
