The Bricks were a disconnected portfolio of buildings located in Boston’s historic Fort Point neighborhood. LLM was tasked with unifying them as one urban campus under the main umbrella brand. Our goal was to showcase the quality, care and craft of the neighborhood, and how it is different from the shiny new Seaport District. This video focuses on 22 Boston Wharf Road which currently has the most square footage available.
